MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under the auspices of Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly. The show's current theme revolves around Anupama struggling to balance the chase of her dreams and family emotions.

Shruti returns to Anuj's house from the hospital, she is sleeping on a bed while being attended to by a nurse.
While Shruti is sleeping, Anuj stops over to see how she's doing.
However, Shruti is awakened by Anuj's scent, and she is happy to grasp his hand and feel complete with him.
Anuj's presence makes Shruti joyful, and she remembers the time she closed her eyes. Anuj was with her then, and he's with her again when she wakes up.
Shruti regrets that she cannot live her life nor die but is relieved that Anuj didn't leave her at difficult times.
As a result, she keeps her last wish in front of Anuj, To marry him before she dies.
