Sony’s upcoming reality show <a href='http://www.tellychakkar.com/news/iss-jungle-se-mujhe-bachao/iss-jungle-se-mujhe-bachao-desi-version-i-m-celebrity'>Iss Jungle Se Muje Bachao</a> has faced many difficulties in terms of getting celebrity contestants on-board. If rumours are to be believed then some of the well known personalities of the country were approached for the show but most of them refused. They were apparently scared to take the risk involved in the show.

The Parveen Babi of our industry, Deepshikha, whose last TV appearance was in<em> Fear Factor</em>, is busy shooting for new show,<em> Kashmakash Zindagi Ki </em>for Doordarshan. Produced by Reasonable Advertising and directed by Rajesh Gupta, this afternoon daily will go on air from 20 November. Besides Deepshikha playing the protagonist, the show boasts of actors like Anant Desai, Amit Behl and<em> Kishwar.</em>

Style awards seem to be shadowing Shabir Ahluwalia these days. First, he won the Style Icon of the Year award at the recent Indian Telly Awards, an honour that was soon followed by another style award in Malaysia, where he had gone to shoot for <em>Fear Factor</em>. The <em>Nach Baliye</em> anchor apparently won the race as well, but prefers to keep mum about it as he is under a contract with AXN, on which the show will be aired.

She is the original Kkusum -- she has a grace and charm that can put even her worst detractors on the backfoot! Our sources tell us that Nausheen Ali Sardar is all set to stage a comeback to television in a yet to be titled venture by Akshay Anand which will air early next year. Although the actress refuses to comment on the show, we know from a credible source that the show will have Dharmesh Vyas and Akshay Anand in pivotal roles.
