Babil Khan impresses with his performance in Qala; netizens say, “Irrfan Khan lives on…”

MUMBAI : Irrfan Khan was one of the greatest actors we had in the Indian film industry. It is still hard to believe that he is no longer with us. His son, Babil Khan, made his acting debut with Qala which started streaming on Netflix on 1st December 2022.
 Qala is directed by Anvita Dutt, and also stars Triptii Dimri and Swastika Mukherjee in the lead roles. Well, the movie is receiving a good response from netizens, and they are praising Babil’s performance in it.

When we were shooting for the film two years ago the pressure would scare me. Now, the pressure doesn't scare me but it motivates me to go out there and work. The definition of pressure has changed."
 Qala is mainly praised for the performances of the actor, and music. The biggest surprise in the film is Anushka Sharma’s cameo. The actress’ fans got to see her in a movie after a gap of four years.
