MUMBAI: Anuja Sathe is back in one of the most loved web series Ek Thi Begam 2. In an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, the actress reveals what fans will see in the new season and her journey while shooting the show
Ashraf Bhatkar is back as Begum in one of the most loved web shows of all time, Ek Thi Begam, which is all set for a new season. The show was immensely loved by fans for its amazing story telling, great performances, and its revenge plot. Anuja Sathe is all set to be seen once again in a begum avatar in the upcoming web show.
Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with Anuja with regard to her web series Ek Thi Begum 2,where she spoke in detail about the journey, shooting process, and what fans can expect from season 2 of the show.
Anuja Sathe on getting back on the sets of Ek thi Begum
Anuja Sathe has been receiving an amazing response ever since season 1 of Ek Thi Begum was out. The actress is overwhelmed with the response she has been getting. She shares that it has been a great journey shooting for such an amazing project and getting back on the set after a long gap. She was very happy to get back on the set and experience the life of Ashraf once again.

Anuja Sathe on preparation for her character
This was one of the most challenging processes, the actress reveals. Her character Ashraf has many layers, and it was the idea and the writing of her director, which she has portrayed on screen. She added that fans will see the same fire and rage in the character that they have witnessed in season 1, and the revenge drama has gone to the next level this time.
It was in 2009 when she auditioned for the very first time for a Marathi play. She just loved expressing her views through acting, and since then, there has been no looking back in her acting life.
No doubt we just love to see Anuja Sathe in different projects, and what she did in the web series Ek Thi Begum was commendable. We are eagerly waiting for the new season of the show, which will premiere on 30th September on MX Player.
