MUMBAI: One of the leading OTT platforms ALTBalaji is changing the dynamics of content by bringing the path-breaking and bold content on its platforms. After presenting some exciting series like Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain, Puncch Beat, Gandii Baat, Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat, Broken But Beautiful, Haq Se, Apharan amongst others, ALTBalaji is bringing another exciting series.
According to our sources, content czarina Ekta Kapoor is apparently working on a new series which will be periodic drama set in 1980 century. The series is tentatively titled Haye Tauba.
We hear that talented actress Shilpa Shinde, who is still remembered for her character portrayal in Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai and winner of Bigg Boss 12, has been approached to play the lead in the web-show.
We tried reaching out Shilpa but she remained unavailable for comment.
In 2020, viewers can look forward to series like Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain Season 3, Mein Hero Bol Raha Hoon, Bebaaki, Mentalhood, It Happened in Calcutta, XXX season 2, Dil Hi Toh Hai Season 3, MumBhai amongst others.
