Vivek has now opened up about his dark past where he had to deal with stress and depression during tough times. He told a news portal, “What advice would you give ‘young Vivek Oberoi’”? The actor replied, “My advice to him would be ‘Don’t take stress about anything and when you feel that it is the end of the world, it is not because everything is transient. Nothing is permanent. Today there is success, tomorrow it is gone. Chill, relax and enjoy.”

Vivek continued, “I have wasted so much time taking stress and pressure. I slipped into depression and my mental health was very bad at that time when I dealt with a lot of issues. For the first time when people told me ‘Bro, your career is over,’ I was in very much stress. I thought I had just started, how can it end.”
