MUMBAI : Kangana Ranaut and Adhyayan Suman fell in love after they worked together in the horror film Raaz: The Mystery Continues. However the relationship didn’t last and some bitter truths came out in public. His 2017 interview was conclusive that he went through physical and mental abuse at the hands of the Manikarnika actress.

Adhyayan who will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heera Mandi releasing on May 1st has now sent his best wishes to Kangana as she enters the world of politics. He told a news portal, “As far as Kangana Ranaut and her life are concerned and her political career is concerned, I think she has done really well in her career as an actor, and I wish her all the very best for her political career as well.”

He further said, “I am very sure that she will do extremely well too. I wish her all the very best.”

Meanwhile, Adhyayan is excited for his comeback in SLB’s Heeramandi where he will be playing the role of Nawab. S[peaking of his experience of working in the series and with Bhansali, Adhyayan revealed, “I really hope that the audience appreciates it too. I hope to receive validation from them. I still feel like I am living the dream. I had never expected to be a part of this magnum opus. It was a far-fetched dream for me, but then dreams do come true.”

The series also stars his father Shekhar Suman. Speaking of him Adhyayan said, “Unfortunately, I have only one scene with him (Shekhar). I had hoped for more screen time together, but that's not how tracks come together. Nevertheless, having both father and son on the same show was a dream come true for my mother, especially, and of course, for me as well.”

On the work front, Adhyayan was last seen in the web series Inspector Avinash.
