Ranbir Kapoor doesn’t make friends easily. But when he warms up to someone he pulls out all stops to extend a hand of friendship. But now Ranbir has found another buddy in singer-rapper Honey Singh. The two met in Delhi at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium ground during the shooting of Abhinav Kashyap’s <em>Besharam</em> on the evening of Holi (on Wednesday) to discuss the song that Honey would be singing for Ranbir in the film.

She has quietly gone from a walk-on part in Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan to the male lead opposite Ranbir Kapoor—no less—in Abhinav Kashyap’s <em>Besharam</em>. The story of a con-man in Delhi and his lady-love goes on the floors in March 2013. Understandably excited about the leap of faith from a cameo to a dream-like lead with Ranbir, Pallavi says she is not allowed to talk about her part. But the Australia-born academician-beauty queen confirms she is bagged the coveted role.

Although Rishi Kapoor and his son Ranbir are finally coming together in Abhinav Kashyap’s <em>Besharam</em>they won’t be sharing any screen space in the film! Yes, the father and son, long desirous of being seen together, are finally working in the same film. But not together! Instead in <em>Besharam</em> Ranbir will play a deadly cat-and-mouse game with his father Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir’s mom Neetu Kapoor.
