Flooded with roles the talented Raj Kumar Yadav has just signed Navdeep Singh’s new film where Freida Pinto makes her Bollywood debut as detective out to crack a complex case. Raj Kumar Yadav has been roped in place of Navdeep’s best friend Abhay Deol.

Freida Pinto wants Vikramaditya Motwane as her director, not Navdeep Singh

After two shelved films with Abhay Deol, Navdeep Singh of Manorama Six Feet Under seems to have finally found a script that can be directed. We have it from a very reliable source that Navdeep’s new project is about a female detective who is out to solve a murder mystery. Navdeep has firmed in on Freida Printo to star in the film. She has shown a keen interest. However, there’s one problem.

Freida Pinto to make her Bollywood debut with Vikramaditya Motwane’s film

Freida Pinto, who opened her innings on the big screen with Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire and went on to do Hollywood films like Rise of the Planet of the Apes with James Franco, You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger and Miral, is finally set to debut in a Bollywood film. Now, it is said that Vikramaditya Motwane and Navdeep Singh have offered her a role an upcoming film. The Udaan and Dev D director has asked his friend Navdeep known for Manorama Six Feet Under to make a film for his production house Phantom Productions.

No steamy love scenes in Hindi version of Trishna: Sunil Bohra

Freida Pinto doesn’t want Indian audiences to see the steamy signs of her upcoming film Trishna. The film has Freida and Riz Ahmed burn up the screen with their brutal sex scenes, the kind seldom seen in mainstream movies. In fact so steamy are the sex scenes in the film that the producers have decided to present two different versions of the film, one in English and the other in Hindi, to the Censor Board. Apparently, Freida, who is very anxious about these graphic scenes of love-making, hopes that they won’t be shown to the Indian audiences.
