MUMBAI: The merriest festival of the year is finally here and we don't know how to keep ourselves from singing carols. We are hoping you too are finally as joyous as you are in your cutesy socks coupled with hot cocoa and a beautiful tree on the side. One thing that truly brings out the Christmassy vibe in the house has to the decorative tree in the lobby.

A big part of planning for Christmas goes into deciding the decorations especially the ornaments for the tree. This holds no exception for the celebrities who have a rather lavish and fabulous way to open gates to this festive occasion.

Over the last couple of years, B-town celebrities have also upped their game and soaked in the merry spirit by decking their halls with beautiful Christmas trees.

The Kapoors, Khans and Kemmu clan celebrated Christmas in the Pataudi style last year. Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan along with sister Soha and husband Kunal soaked in the merry spirit last year at the Pataudi Palace. What one can also notice without a doubt has to be the stunning Christmas tree in the background and candles in the front that adds cosiness to their space.

Previously, Katrina Kaif had successfully defined what cosy spaces mean on Christmas. Giving a glimpse of their holiday decor, Katrina Kaif in a photo from the past posed with her sister right in front of a beautifully done Christmas tree. 

Alia Bhatt had channelled her adorable self with a not-so-ugly Christmas sweater. The actress last year opted for a white and green Christmas tree decoration and opted for fairy lights at the bottom to compliment her shining smile.

Speaking of Christmas sweaters and related outfits, Shilpa Shetty and Esha Deol last year took festival Christmas to a different level. Not only were their holiday decor worth swooning over, but we also loved how her fam was styled in the merry colour 'red'.
