Senior artiste V M Badola and Pubali Sanyal roped in for Star Plus' next Nisha Aur Uske Cousins

Now, we have more info coming. First of all, this new concept would bring in a fresh new relationship, not much talked about in TV circuit. The show titled Nisha Aur Uske Cousins will depict the bonding between the cousins growing up under one roof in a joint family. Also, the show will project the diversities that the three generations in the family (grandparents, parents and the younger generation’s grown-up kids) would have in terms of their thought process and ideologies. Now, the grand old man V M Badola, father of noted actor Varun Badola has been roped in to play the patriarch of this joint family. The senior Badola is a noted artist and is also a writer. Also, joining the cast will be noted actress Pubali Sanyal. The lady who has films like Maqbool, Saathiya, Good Luck and Oh, My God to her credit was last seen on TV in Life OK’s Savitri. A source states, “V M Badola will essay the grandfather of the protagonist Nisha, and will be the head of the family. He will have three sons and their respective families. There will be seven younger generation kids in the family, of which the protagonist Nisha, essayed by Aneri will be one. Pubali will play the mother of Nisha, and wife to Vivek Mushran.” When contacted, V M Badola told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, I am doing the show. I have shot in patches for the show in Jaipur.
