Asin pledges to donate her eyes, organs

The beautiful Asin has now pledged to donate her eyes obituary. With this decision, she joins the list of the few Bollywood celebs who too have pledged to donate their eyes for the benefit of the blind in the country. A trend which was made famous by Aishwarya Rai soon caught up with other Bollywood celebs but faded out soon with sporadic instances of donation making news. Asin however has taken a step further in this initiative. Apart from pledging her eyes, she has also pledged her body organs. Now that's really an act of great nobility, we say. Confirming the news Asin said, “It is something I have wanted to do for a while now. I hope to encourage people to make a pledge and join me in helping those in need.” The actress will be seen next in Umesh Shukla’s ‘All Is Well’ opposite Abhishek Bachchan.
