Dayaben's 'garbha move' goes international

Dayaben, the iconic character played by Disha Vakani is popular for her free-flowing Garbha moves whenever the lady gets into a mood of excitement. Recently, the cast and crew of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on SAB TV, produced by Neela Telefilms visited the world famous theme park Hong Kong Disneyland. And this is where Dayaben’s Garba got international recognition as she broke into an impromptu Garbha when she got playing with her favourite Disney characters. On meeting Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Daya got so excited that she started doing Garbha. A source states, “People who were watching this sight immediately took their cameras out and started clicking Daya’s ever-famous Garba moves. Few of them instantly joined Daya and gave her company in her dance.” When contacted, Disha told Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, it was a very nice feeling. I was shocked when people at Hongkong recognized us. I played Garbha with my best cartoon characters Micky and Minnie. I also played garbha with the people of Hongkong.
