I am Krishna: When TV celebs became Lord Krishna for a day

TV celebs became Lord Krishna for a day
The festival of Janmashtami has gripped the nation with the reverberating sound of conch, bells and vedic hymns in temples and other religious places. Lord Krishna-the God, was a mischievous son, a romantic lover and a compassionate friend and guide. Today, he is one of the most loved Gods in our country and as we get together to celebrate the occasion, let us see what our favourite television actors have to say if they were given a chance to become Krishna for a day. Karanvir Bohra: Firstly, I would go by the pond and tease all the gopis thereby being romantic and naughty like him. Secondly, Krishna had rage within him and with the way he crafted Mahabharat shows his high intellect. In my real life too I am romantic, short-tempered and tend to plan my actions. I would surely put these qualities to use given a chance to be Krishna for a day. Kinshuk Mahajan: I would do 40 percent of the things for the benefit of me and family. For the world, I would destroy all the evil and crime with my sudarshan chakra and make this place a better place to live in. Karan Goddwani: Firstly, I would make this world a safe place to live in. I would then dance with all the gopis as I cannot do the same in real life. I know how to play many instruments like the drum, piano and the harmonium but not the flute. So I would play the flute too. And of course, how can I miss out on buttermilk and other dairy products? Arjun Bijlani: With so much genocide happening around the world I think what we need is peace today. As Krishna, I would teach people to value the life of other humans, which somehow has been forgotten by many. Talking about the same on a lighter note, I would be seen in Amul’s factory eating all the curd and butter. But the company would not generate any sales as Krishna would not pay them. Gaurav Khanna: Krishna is complete and symbolizes perfection. I do not think anyone can be Krishna as for me, he is one of the best personalities in the epic. But what I would like to learn from him is how to be a diplomat which can help me in my life. He was amazingly charming and was foresighted and I would love to possess those qualities. Sumit Vats: I have always loved the way Krishna lived in the present and for the moment. I really hope I can do the same someday.
