Nishikant Dixit 'ecstatic' on sharing screen space with Ashutosh Rana in Desi Kattey

The talented Nishikant Dixit, who has performed some wonderful roles in shows like Saubhagywati Bhavya, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, and been part of movies like Bheja Fry 2, Lafangey Parindey, will soon be seen in a pivotal role in the upcoming film Desi Kattey. Talking more on that Nishikant shares, “I play Jailor Shukla who would be in charge of the jail where the main leads will be kept. Interestingly this jail in UP will have the criminals ruling the police officers. It is a very interesting role and the movie too is a complete entertainer. The cast comprises of fabulous actors and I must say I had the best time shooting with Ashutosh Rana.” Speaking on the acclaimed actor he further adds, “It was such a learning experience. He guided and supported all of us in every scene. He actually treated me like a younger brother and I am really ecstatic of having shared screen space with him.” So what plans ahead in the career, we ask, “As of now I am doing a DD show Shaadi Ya Sauda which I must tell you is doing wonderfully well even though it’s in the afternoon slot. Also I have signed a new show Zindagi Hai Humse on the same channel which will roll out soon. A few other projects are lined up which I will announce soon.” Well, good luck Nishikant!
