Rashami Desai roped in for Edit II Productions' Bhabhi Ghar Pe Hai for & channel

Edit II Productions’ FIR is a big hit on SAB TV. Now we have good news for the lovers of comedy. The production house will soon launch a comedy venture on Zee network’s upcoming new channel & (and). As per a credible source, the show will be titled Bhabhi Ghar Pe Hai? and the maker has roped in the enigmatic Rashami Desai (Uttaran fame) to play the lead role of Bhabhi. Confirms the same source, “This serial will revolve around a family living in a society. The drama will revolve around the members depending upon the smartness and capabilities of a woman they lovingly call Bhabhi.” The casting of other characters is still in process and the shoot for the show will commence post Diwali. We contacted Producer Sanjay Kohli and he confirmed the development. But when asked him about the casting he maintained saying, “I cannot give out any information at the moment. We are coming up with a show for &, this is all I can state for now.” We tried calling Rashami Desai but she remained unavailable for comment.
