Kanika Maheshwari's hubby Ankur Ghai bags Rashmi Sharma's show

Expecting her first baby next year, Kanika Maheshwari is on cloud nine these days. And it’s just not the baby that is bringing joy to her, but also her husband Ankur Ghai, who has gone on to bag an important role in Sony Entertainment Television’s Tum Aise Hi Rehna. The project by Rashmi Sharma Productions stars Kinshuk Mahajan and Shefali Sharma in lead roles and Ankur will be seen playing Kinshuk’s elder brother. From what we hear, the character will be a positive one and he will single handedly manage the business affairs. The family will be one of the richest ones in the city and Ankur’s character will have a great impact in the economical scenario of the area. Although the guy will have a serious image for the world, his family would know him to be a fun loving and caring human being. Ankur had earlier participated with Kanika in Nach Baliye. Kanika, although pregnant, is working hard for her show Diya Aur Baati Hum (Sashi Sumeet Productions Pvt Ltd) on Star Plus. We called Ankur but he refused to comment on the matter. Interestingly, both Kanika and Ankur’s show will air at the 9 pm slot. But we are sure viewers will love both their characters.
