I workout or play sports for five days and take a day rest.

Four meals which include carbs, fibers and proteins.

I have protein shake but I don’t take high supplements.
What would you recommend for a quick 20- to 30-minute workout?
Cross fit or functional training is good for 20-30 min workout.
How do you stay motivated?
I look up to some fit actors or look at my pictures and think about being the fittest person.
What is your greatest fitness achievement so far?
I don’t know, I think I am fit and that only matters.

77 kg.

Anything sweet.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
My legs, shoulder and arms because they are in great shape.

Mostly evening.
