Gauahar Khan slapgate: Such men should be hanged upside down and beaten the s**t out - Arjun Kapoor

Arjun Kapoor
Actor Arjun Kapoor was at the centre of the controversy when an unknown man slapper Gauahar Khan for allegedly wearing short clothes. A crying Gauahar was later consoled by Arjun who took her to his vanity van. Later Arjun took to Twitter, Arjun said, "Shocked, Disturbed and Appalled." The entire incident has evidently made Arjun see red. Speaking to Tellychakkar.com, Arjun said, "It's appalling because such behaviour exists among men in Indian society. This issue will now attract media attention because of the incident but the fact is this issue has always been present in our society. The fact that men believe that they have a right to raise their hand and beat women is really sad. It is disgusting and so wrong. It doesn't show how much of a man you are by hitting a woman, it shows how much of a coward you are. It's downright pathetic and the attitude of people who think it's ok to beat women is deplorable." Venting his anger and frustration, Arjun further added, "I swear I don't want to talk about it because men will never understand. Men in our country are demented. All such men deserve to be hung upside down and beaten the s**t out. Honestly, it's appalling. I feel bad that I am a part of such a society where men like these exist who thinks it's ok to hit women. Their hands should be chopped off. I know the law will take its own course but this is my extreme point of view. And I am sure any sensible human being understands where I am coming from. There is a lot of anger about this situation. I don't know what that man's thought process was when he raised his hand but no matter whoever you are, you have no right to hit any woman." Well, your anger is absolutely justified, Arjun.
