Kolkata born, Sarnali Bhowmick, who was recently judged the winner of Channel [v]'s <em>Airtel [v] Mobile Singer</em> by Bappi Lahiri, has had the opportunity to not only sing but also star in her own remix video along with the king of disco.
Now, this rising young talent is all set to make her debut in the music world with the launch of her first music video, which will premiere on Channel [v] on Monday, 27 February, 2006.

Sarnali's debut music video is picturised on the song from the early 90's Hum ko aaj kal hai… from the movie, Sailaab. Remixed by Bappi da, the track is a fun, racy and energetic number.
Having won the coveted title, Sarnali is really keen to take up singing as a full time career. Apart from being trained in Hindustani classical music, she is a trained bharatnatyam dancer and has been performing since her school days.
