Mrinal's kitty is full of films!

Mrinal Kulkarni is on cloud nine these days! The actor has finished an Amol Palekar film, Quest (English) and Thang (Marathi) and has three more Marathi films in the pipeline. And if this is not enough, the actor has also been offered John Aur Kaun for Hungama. "Quest will have a worldwide release soon and I play the main protagonist in the film who is a lawyer. It's based on a bold and sensational subject which people have to look out for. This bi-lingual (English and Marathi) film will surely go in for the major film festivals," says the versatile actor from Pune. The film, directed and produced by Amol Palekar includes actors like Sachin Khedekar, Sonali Kulkarni, Vijaya Mehta and Sai Karkhanis. The actor will also be a part of UTV's John Aur Kaun on Hungama which will be an all India talent hunt show for kids in which Mrinal will be one of the four gurus to groom the kids for the competition. The show is expected to hit the tube in September and will be on the lines of Sony's Fame Gurukul. After playing a fairy godmother in Sonpari for close to five years, the Marathi mulgi is all set to provide a helping hand to the kids on the Hungama show, which just goes to prove the fact that she surely is a hit with the kids.
