Sahara One all set to launch Mrs Punjabi!

Move over Archana Puran Singh and Lolla Kutty, Sahara One is all set to launch a new chat show - <em>Mrs Punjabi da effect</em>.The half hour weekend show, which will be aired at 7.30 pm goes on-air from 15 July. The show has its USP in a very unique anchor and chat show host in <em>Mrs Punjabi</em>, who's a typical Page 3 wannabe with huge assets, flashy make up and saris, low necklines and an even lower IQ with a typical Punjabi accent.

Mrs Punjabi, will keep viewers hooked on with discussions from the wardrobe malfunction, to the Rakhi Sawant case, apart from all issues under the sun from politics to cricket to Bollywood scandals along with her inane comments on the same. "Though, not much can be revealed about the show at this stage, all I can say is that the show will have its lighter moments. The show will make viewers unwind and laugh at issues that would otherwise end up as stressful experiences", says Purnendu Bose, COO Sahara One Television. So, who's this flashy Mrs Punjabi?
