Aditya Pancholi arrested after fight at nightclub; released on bail

Aditya Pancholi

Enfant terrible Aditya Pancholi is back in news again for all wrong reasons. The actor who is notorious for his temper entered into a brawl with bouncers at a nightclub in the wee hours of Sunday morning.

The incident occurred at Trilogy located in hotel Sea Princess. Aditya who was dancing is reported to have walked up to the DJ and demanded he play Hindi numbers instead of English ones. When the DJ refused to comply, Aditya flew into a rage which promoted the club's bouncers to intervene and escort the actor out of the club. An angry Aditya is then said to have allegedly smashed his mobile phone on the head of a bouncer named Mandar Patole while on his way out. Mandar was rushed to Bhabha hospital where he received five stitches to seal his wound. There were reports of Aditya having damaged the counter of the club as well.

Meanwhile, the Santacruz police arrested and presented Aditya in court on Sunday afternoon. Surprisingly, a shameful Aditya showed no remorse and was reported to have indulged in unparliamentary behaviour inside the premises of the courtroom where he taunted lawyers and even a sub-inspector.

The actor was first remanded to judicial custody but later released on a probationary bail of Rs. 50,000.

Such behaviour is indeed unbecoming of an actor whose son is gearing up to make his blockbuster debut, we say.
