Hamari Saas Leela shifted to the afternoon slot

Hamari Saas Leela was reported to go off air on September 16 but later it got a week’s extension. Now the latest news is that the show will be shifted to the afternoon slot from September 26. A source says, “Hamari Saas Leela was supposed to go off air on September 16 but later it got a week’s extension. After the extension the show was all set to bid adieu on September 23 but the channel has now decided to retain it. The show will be shifted to the afternoon slot and most probably will be aired at 2:30 pm instead of its current 7 pm slot. Rajan Shahi’s new show Havan will fill up the 7 pm slot. The channel had earlier decided to pull the show off air but last Saturday they decided to retain it.” “The show’s repeat telecast in the afternoon has been getting decent TRPs. Hence the channel decided to air fresh content of Hamari... in the afternoon slot instead of taking it off air. But of late the channel has stopped airing the repeat telecast so the show will have to toil to gain numbers even in the afternoon slot.” Producer Asit Modi confirmed the news and said, “Yes the show has been shifted to the afternoon slot however the time is yet to be finalised.”
