Vivek, who has had a long stint with television with serials like Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum, Chocolate and a tele serial, Neha, is all set to make his Bollywood debut with this action packed thriller. "I am really nervous, but he is calm. Vivek has been busy with this film for over one-and a half years and frankly there was no time to concentrate on anything else," says Pallavi, when we asked her if the couple had jointly decided to quit television. "I completely belong to television, but you know, I want to do good work, I can't take up anything that comes my way, it's better to sit at home than do bad work. Moreover, television is time consuming and I don't want to stay away from my family for too long," says the actress, who was last seen in the Balaji show, Kehna Hai Kuch Mujhko. Talking about her stint as an anchor on Zee's Antakshari, she says that while it was a good experience, it didn't give her an opportunity to express her creativity. "I am an actor, and frankly in anchoring you need wit and spontaneity. I am waiting for weeklies to happen…you know, when a show goes on for too long, it loses its charm… the end of Kehna Hai..., although sudden, was a welcome one…it was still fresh!" she pconcedest. "Let's be practical, I am no longer a 19 year old, I can't work round the clock…let good work come!" laughs Pallavi, as she gets all set to bask in her husband's glory. "I have to get my dress for the premiere…you know, I didn't know that there was a dress code….," giggles this actress, who is keeping her fingers crossed about her hubby's film debut.
