You may have seen the handsome Rajneesh Duggall sending temperatures soaring on screen with his steamy kisses in his last few outings. Now if you are wondering what's with the new found bold avatar of Rajneesh, we can tell you that this is a conscious attempt on the part of the actor to get an image makeover.
Says Rajneesh, "I wanted to change my image from Raymond the complete man to something dirtier in the sense that I didn't want to be the clean sweet boy. That's why I entered Khatron Ke Khiladi, did that video for Creature 3D and now Leela. So these steps have been taken to change my image."
For an actor who rejected Murder (which later went to Emraan Hashmi), Rajneesh has no regrets. "I had let go off Murder after winning Mr. India because I didn't want to kiss then. I was also not sure if I wanted to do films and such bold scenes then. Just three days after winning Miss India, I got a call from Bhatt saab asking me if I would want to do Murder but I said no. I don't regret it but now the time is such that kissing on the screen is not a big deal."
Rajneesh will be seen indulging in some heavy duty lovemaking scenes with Sunny Leone this time. Talking about it, Rajneesh says, "I met Sunny for the first time in this film and she came across as a warm and hardworking person. The bold scenes too have been choreographed in an artistic way. We have taken the Kamasutra poses and shot them and it has come out well."
On the film front, Rajneesh is now focusing on doing crazy and dark roles. Explains the actor, " I am looking for crazy roles especially dark ones. I would also like to get into biopics or patriotic roles. If I do a normal role, I won't be able to do justice to it. I want to do a role where it sort of pushes and takes me beyond my normal range. I am very competitive by nature and want to rise as an actor by doing such roles."
