Actor Vijay G Badllani might be busy with his daily shows Jodha Akbar and Yam Hain Hum, but he makes it a point to pick up interesting episodic offers that will challenge the actor in him to prove his mettle.
This time around, Vijay is shooting for an episodic story of Sony TV’s Aahat (Fireworks Productions) wherein he will portray the role of a loving and doting father to a small child.
The story will revolve around a couple, played by Vijay and Vandana Lalwani who will be shattered by the sudden disappearance of their kid. Much to their shock, they will get to know of their kid’s death. The kid will later on get back in the form of a ghost to take revenge against the people who killed him and separated him from his parents.
We hear that Vijay has shot for some really emotional moments, where the father would be pining to meet his son again, post his death.
When contacted, Vijay told us, “Yes, episodic roles have so much to offer, especially due to the variety of roles that one can portray. I am presently shooting for Aahat, a story which is very engrossing and emotional.”
