I am hardly doing anything, because there is no time after the shooting. I have been on a diet for the past two weeks now. I eat small portions every two hours. Those who can’t work out because college and office should eat healthy at least. Also, green tea is very good for your health.

I would advice all to eat healthy and stay active, play an outdoor sport you like, make fitness and health a part of your lifestyle and see the magic it brings into your life. You will not only be healthy, but also have a positive outlook towards life.

I work out 3 times a week and practice yoga 2-3 times a week as it is very important for your mind, body and soul. I believe that yoga and workout go hand in hand.

Fitness is not just for those who are fat. Fitness is for everyone. We all need to be fit and fine to live a healthy life. Even a 20-min walk is good .There needs to be good blood circulation in our body. We need to invest in our body since "our body is our temple".

I would just like to say that eat right, sleep on time, and eat all healthy food. I personally noticed that if you have right amount of food and sleep, you feel fresh and active the entire day.

I would say that keep your body in proper proportion. We should walk and ride bicycle every day as that helps our body to stay fit.
