DJ’s A Creative Unit’s show, Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi on Sony Entertainment Television did provide wholesome entertainment, refreshed time and again with good family values.
Well, are you missing the interesting banter of the two families in the show?
Guess there is no stopping now, as Parvarrish will soon be back in a different avatar.
Yes, you heard it right!! As per the news coming in, plans for Parvarrish 2 is presently on, and the casting is in process.
As per a reliable source, “The story will no more revolve around Sweety and Pinky. There will be two new families brought into the sequel. Both the families will be Delhi-based. Again, the show will take a primetime slot on Sony TV.”
Vikas Pal, the Casting Director who had cast for Parvarrish earlier, will be in charge of this project too. We hear that the production house is presently hunting for fresh and talented 16 years old boys and girls.
We also hear that none of the earlier actors will be seen in the sequel. The cast will have a mixed bag of experience as well as fresh faces. For the uninitiated, seasoned performers Shweta Tiwari, Rupali Ganguly, Vivek Mushran and Vishal Singh were part of the original series.
We tried calling Producers Tony Singh and Deeya Singh, and even dropped text messages, but did not get any response till the time we filed the story.
We tried reaching out to the spokesperson in Sony Entertainment Television, but were unsuccessful.
We also hear that Aashka Goradia has been approached for one central role in the show. However, our sources claim that there is no confirmation on the same.
