While having a chat with Tellychakkar.com, this talented actor shared some fitness tips. Have a look Fitness mantra? Eat healthy and work out regularly. Abs are necessary? No not really. It’s like working out on core abdomen, by this not only onscreen but also off-screen you’ll feel good to have flat stomach. Current workout routine? 6 days a week. I do my regular workout for 3 days and other 3 days I go for dancing classes. Diet chart? I am a pure vegetarian. I think diet chart differs from person to person as per the metabolism rate of the body. I am a Jain so I can’t eat non-veg; my diet usually includes paneer, tofu, elaichi banana and brown bread sandwich. Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight? Yes! I have taken weight gainer by consulting a doctor. One should never opt for steroids and play with life. What would you recommend for a quick 20-to30-minute workout? In just 30 min you cannot carry out the whole body circuit, you can go for a cardio or an abs workout. How do you stay motivated? The only way of staying motivated is by the appreciation I am getting from the people. What is your greatest fitness achievement so far? I think being a Jain, with a difficult diet, I have managed to gain a nice body. It took me 13 years. How much do you weigh right now? 83kgs. Your cheat food? I can have anything at anytime; if anyone offers me a pizza even now, I’m ready to have it. Which body part are you proud of and why? I love my legs a lot. I believe when your roots are strong your branches are also fit. What time do you work out? At any time of the day for one and a half hour. Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym? No, I don’t but I do appreciate and compliment them. Gym attire? I am not even concerned about the attire. Your gym buddy? Angad Hasija is my gym buddy as we both work out at the same time.
