CID team gears up for shoot in Delhi, Agra and Mathura

CID

Fireworks Productions gears up for an extensive outdoor schedule to bring in a new flavor and change to their long-running show CID, on Sony Entertainment Television.

As always, the makers are ready to experiment at new locations, and now it is ‘Destination Delhi’ for the team…

We hear that a schedule of nearly a fortnight kick-starts from today wherein the CID team will have a 3 episode series shot in Delhi, Agra and Mathura.

The specialty of this schedule will be that the makers went through a rigorous audition schedule to rope in local actors for the stories.

As per a reliable source, “As many as 180 actors were tried and tested, and the ones roped in are fantastic theatre actors from in and around Delhi. The basic plan ahead for the maker will be to use all the local actors roped in and pay due respects to their talent, and get an authentic feel with the local dialect implied.”

We tried calling Producer B.P. Singh, but he remained unavailable for comment.
