It’s quite rare to see a wildcard entrant in the finale, but we are not complaining. Because we feel that the mazedaar jodi of Mayuresh Wadkar and Ajisha Shah should win the coveted title of Nach Baliye 7…take a look:
Dancer par excellence:
We all know Mayuresh as a DID finalist, who was also seen in the Bollywood hit Anybody Can Dance. His trained dancing skills make for a spectacular watch, especially when he and his not-so-trained girlfriend give the tough dance forms their own spin. Their super acts have been loved by the judges and audiences alike. We are not even surprised. Are you?
Are they? Aren’t they?
One of the controversies surrounding the two is regarding their relationship status. While many say that they are a reel-couple who are together only for the show, while their hard-core fans beg to differ. We don’t know which group to believe, but we do know that the ‘are they? aren’t they?’ question makes them a damn interesting pair. They could easily walk away with the prize, while the world is debating over their togetherness.
Underdogs:
Even though Mayur and his partner are fabulous performers, we don’t know much about them. Their underdog status brings a step closer to the trophy. Will this strategy backfire or take them through the top? Our guess is as good as yours!
Not THAT controversial:
They have not pulled any stunts on the show. Yet. So that gives them a clear edge over the others who have been in the news more for their wrongdoings than their acts. But that also means that people remember them more than Mayur and Ajisha. We are somehow leaning towards the non-controversial jodi, who’s here for dance and nothing else. What about you folks?
