Anchor-turned-actor, Manish Paul, of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (BBC & Colors) sure knows how to entertain audiences with his witty hosting skills! In fact, he has shared the stage with Drashti Dhami, Ranvir Shorey, and Ragini Khanna among others. But the funny man’s favourite co-host is Bharti Singh.
When Tellychakkar caught up with him for a quick chat, he said, “Though I have co-hosted with many amazing presenters, I think Bharti is the best comrade-in-arm I can ever ask for. I think she is the one who can match up to my level aptly and our timing is really wonderful as it easily catches viewers’ attention.”
While talking about his unconventional roles in Bollywood, Manish stated, “I have never worked for money. I have done shows or films only because I wanted to work as I love acting. If I get some good offers, maybe I will do serials as well in the near future.”
Finally, before signing off, he mentioned how he was missing his favourite Madhuri Dixit on the show. “No one can take her place,” he sighed.
