Saanvi Talwar, who will be seen playing the female lead on &TV’s Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum (Balaji Telefilms) opposite Karan Kundra, is excited to be a part of the soap.

In conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Saanvi spoke her heart out about all things TV…take a look

“For any actor, working with Ekta Kapoor is a dream come true. I was very nervous when the first time I met her,” she said when we asked her about working with the queen bee of small screen.

When we prodded her about her Punjabi connection with Karan, Saanvi quipped, “I am a pure Punjabi from Amritsar, so I bonded well with Karan. He is a wonderful co-actor. On the sets, we usually talk in Punjabi. Then there’s the yummy Punjabi food!”

Tell us something about your personal life?  “I have not experienced love in real life. I am a homely girl. I was shocked to learn that I had to kiss for the promo shoot. I am a very reserved person. I have joined this industry only to work, no links ups or friendship,” said the actress.

So how did you agree for the kiss? She replied, “Karan and our director explained to me that it is a part of my job. Karan calmed me down and I got ready for the shot. He is a wonderful person on professional level, but we haven’t really hit as friends.”

How was your family’s reaction after they got to know about the kissing scene? “I have not informed my family. I hope that they don’t get to know about the kissing promo. I don’t think any more scenes will be shown in the show as it is a family channel,” she signed off.
