Drink lots of water and eat fresh fruits to keep your skin hydrated. Makeup always looks better on a hydrated skin.
Wear a lehenga or saree, which is heavy but not too much because if you are uncomfortable then it will show on your face.
Keep the eyes deeply kohled and lips more natural. Don't do up both as that would look over the top. Eyes speak volumes.
Try and coordinate your outfit colour with that of the bridegroom. It will make the two of you different from the others while similar to each other…thus, exhibiting the togetherness.
Finally, keep a neat hairdo. Avoid curls coming out of the sides or on the front of the face. Everyone wants to see the pretty face of the bride.
