The classic show on Star One, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai has been one of the most missed ones. The series gave a different flavour to Indian audience in terms of comedy.
At the time when saas-bahu serials were ruling Indian television, 'Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai' proved to be a niche with its content. It's been around 10 years since the last episode of the show aired, and we still recall every joke like a pro.
Though sadly, the show is yet to return with a second season, the cast recently reunited for a gala night. The entire team including Satish Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Rupali Ganguly, Rajesh Kumar, Arvind Vaidya, Deven Bhojani, Aatish Kapadia and J.D. Majethia met at Sumeet Raghavan’s house.
We called Aatish who shared, “We guys often meet and are constantly in touch. We met as friends and not as the Sarabhai team at Sumeet’s place. We saw the last episode of the show sitting together and had a blast reminiscing our good old days.”
As we mentioned Season 2, the talented man shared, “We would love to be back with season 2. This is a show which is very close to our hearts and coming up with another season will be a treat, not just for the audience but for us too. But at this point even if it cannot happen, we will be satisfied and happy that people love and remember the show till now.”
