Actress Aakanksha Singh has been approached to feature in a new show “Ek Duje Ke Vaste”.
The show, to be aired on Sony Entertainment Television, is produced by Bindu Productions.
“Just as the show name suggests, the storyline is based on a love story. Aakanksha who was last seen in the show 'Gulmohar Grand' has been approached as the female lead in the show,” said a source from the production house.
“She fits the character very well. She has also given a screen test for the show but the final decision will be taken soon,” the source added.
When IANS contacted Aakanksha, best known for playing Megha Vyas in the show “Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha", she said: “I am meeting a couple of production houses and this may be one of them, though I am not sure of the names of the shows.”
