Zee TV’s Sarojini will soon see some new blood.
Yes, Bigg Boss fame Soni Singh has been roped in by the makers (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) to portray an important role of Sangeeta aka Bijli.
Her character will be that of a mujra dancer and will have shades of grey.
When it comes to the track, Sangeeta will be brought in as the second bahu of the Singh parivar.
“Sapna (Salina Prakash) has not been able to conceive a child with her husband Bhaskar (Nitin Goswami), hence Sangeeta will be the third angle in the entire conjugal story,” informed a source.
Soni confirmed her entry in the show which is expected to beam in a day or two. She has already started to shoot for the same.
Before signing off, we would like to share an interesting titbit. Shiny Doshi, the female lead of Sarojini, is extremely happy with Soni’s entry in the daily.
Reason? The two share a wonderful rapport given their past professional association in Star Plus’ Saraswatichandra.
