Fitness mantra?

Eat when you are hungry, and stay physically active all day!

Abs are necessary?

I guess everybody's got it, they are just hidden under the blubber... Jokes apart,  well apart from the cosmetic value they help you maintain a good posture and cadence.

Current workout routine?

I workout in the morning for flexibility and in the evening I do my street fight workout drills. I do cycling and trekking atleast 4 times a month! 

Diet chart?

No diet chart, I eat when I am hungry.

Ever taken supplements to lose or gain weight?

Supplements are useless, they just have a placebo effect, once you have an in depth knowledge of fitness and nutrition, you will understand that supplements don’t work. 

What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?

I push a jeep on an empty road, it’s one of the best exercises I know.

How do you stay motivated?

Exercise is a habit and necessity. Like people brush teeth in the morning , its a habit .. Nobody needs motivation to brush teeth!

 How much do you weigh right now?

Heavy enough to lift twice my weight and light enough to do flying kicks and muscle ups.

 Your cheat food?

I cheat every day. I eat whatever is on the table.

 Which body part are you proud of and why?

(Ha ha ha) Why do we have to objectify a body.. My body is capable enough to run fast (I was the second fastest athlete in college), walk for days, cycle the world’s highest road, survive in wilderness and to drop my girls jaw each time she in my room. (wink)

 What time do you work out?

Morning and evening.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?

No. But I often catch girls staring at my butt! (Lol)

Gym attire? 

Running shots and body hugging t-shirt and a nice fragrance.

Your gym buddy?

Haven't had one since I am in Mumbai. Its probably the best supplement, motivation.
