Pooja Sharma, the next entry in Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum

Pooja Sharma, the girl who charmed us with her lead role in Ruk Jaana Nahi has bagged her next show. She will be the next entrant in Star Plus’ popular show, Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Productions). Yes, you heard it right!! After the entries of Abhinav Shukla, Supriya Kumari and Priyanka Singh, it will be Pooja’s turn to make a mark in the show. As per reliable sources, “Pooja will play the role of Purvi, Om’s wife (Abhinav) who is supposed to be dead as per the plot.” Meanwhile, with Emily (Pooja Singh) and Om getting married, there will be all the more confusion in Bhabho’s (Neelu Waghela) house. Emily will soon move from her older sasuraal to her newer one, into the abode of Maasa (Ragini Shah). However, she will find both Om and Maasa’s actions and behaviour to be mysterious. What is the secret behind Purvi’s death? When contacted, Pooja said, “Talks are on, but nothing is finalized at the moment.” For Pooja, this will be her second outing with Shashi Sumeet Productions after her stint in Tu Mera Hero.
