Qubool Hai fame Ankit Raj, the new parallel lead in Channel V's Mastaangi

Ankit Raj, the lead of Zee TV’s popular show Qubool Hai, post its leap will soon be back to the TV space. Well, he will be the new face entering Channel V’s popular show, Mastaangi (Studio B&M). News coming in is that Ankit will play the parallel lead, and will have an extremely important role to play in the story ahead. As per reliable sources, “He will essay the role of a boxing coach, who would get involved in the ‘Sword of Honour’ contest that is presently going on. The coming track will see Karan (Aakash Talwar) and Ria (Swati Kapoor) fighting it out in a boxing match.” As for Ankit’s character, he will be a Rajasthani guy with a typical accent and style. He will be a man of few words, very rustic in his appearance. His only aspiration in life will be to fulfill his father’s aspirations. Very efficient in boxing, the man will be shown to be a good tutor. We tried calling Ankit, but did not get through to him.
