I am happy to have got a very good response for my new look: Kunal Jaisingh

Kunal Jaisingh

Kunal Jaisingh is back with a bang, and certainly in an all new look!!

The ongoing promos of Star Plus and 4 Lions Films’ upcoming show, Ishqbaaz shows Kunal in a brand new avatar, with long hair, looking stunning.

The actor who rose to fame with Buddy Project on Channel V was last seen in Doli Armaanon Ki. And he finds himself privileged to have bagged one of the lead roles in a huge project of Star Plus.

Tellychakkar.com spoke to the man recently, on his new avatar and on the show...

“It is simply overwhelming to be seen in a male based show on TV. The response and feedback gotten for the promos of our new show have been out of the world. Above all, this is a huge show for Star Plus and all this makes me excited,” said Kunal.

Talking about the biggest plus point of the show, the actor averred, “The three brothers’ bonding will be truly exceptional. And the manner in which their characters have been distinguished is really beautiful. There will be no overlapping of characters, and you will see that when the show will get on air.”

When asked about the stunning look that all the three leads have in the show, and the competition involved to look the best,Kunal shared, “Our characters are so very distinct, that there will be a clear set way in which each of the leads will dress up and behave. So there is no scope for competition at all, as we are all happy and content in our own space.”

Kunal has been given a look with long hair. So how does this fascinate him? “Well, this is the first time that I have sported such a look. When it was told to me, I did not shut my door. In fact, I wanted to see myself in the look and then decide. Now I can say that this is the best look I have had in my shows so far. Since my character is that of an artist, he had to look different. And this long hair look separates him from the rest, and also enhances his personality. I am happy that I have gotten a very good response for my new look (smiles).”

When asked about his off-screen bonding with his brothers on the show, Nakuul Mehta and Leenesh Mattoo, the actor quipped, “Our onscreen bonding is only 10 percent of our off-screen bonding as of now, as the script has not opened up. We are like one person off the screen. Nakuul, I and Leenesh are always together on the set. We eat, chat and spend all the time together. Even when we are not shooting, we are seen chilling off together. You can say that our off-screen chemistry is much stronger presently. Soon viewers will get to see us sharing a great bond on-screen too. And they will surely be forced to believe that they are watching three real brothers in action.”

Way to go, Kunal. We wish you luck for Ishqbaaz!!
