Seems like Sony Entertainment Television is on a roll these days!

After launching two successful shows, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke and Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, the channel is all set to churn out new series, Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhaniya and Behad in a couple of months.

And now we have update on another show that is bound to create ripples in the industry.

Popular producers Saba Mumtaz and Rahul Kumar Tewary will soon launch their next on Sony TV. The duo together currently produces Meri Saasu Maa on Zee TV.

Coming to the Sony project, a credible source shared with us, “It would be a mature love story. It will present the relationship between a 40 years old man with a girl in her 20s. How the society challenges their relationship will be for viewers to see.”

Also, as per source, popular actor Varun Badola is in talks with the production house to star as the main lead.

When we called producer Rahul, he confirmed the news of launching the show and shared, “Yes, we are getting a mature love story on Sony TV, but it is too early to talk about it. We are still working on the final script and the casting has not been locked yet.”

Varun on his part mentioned, “I did speak to them but it was not even an official discussion.”
