Five reasons to watch Colors Bangla's Taranath Tantrik

Colors Bangla's Taranath Tantrik

There is no doubt that Colors Bangla's Taranath Tantrik (Greentouch Entertainment) is becoming popular day by day. Within a short span of time, the soap has earned an impressive number of audiences. Here are five reasons why one should watch this soap. Take a look:

Lead actor

The soap marks popular Bengali film actor Tota Roy Chowdhury’s return to the small screen after 15 long years. Tota, who is a fitness freak, has enthralled the audiences with his powerful acting in films like Shubho Mahuratand Chokher Bali. Guys, don’t you think this is one of the biggest reasons to watch the soap?

Literature

Those who have a penchant for literature and those who love to watch serials adapted from books can watch this one. When one talks about supernatural and paranormal stories, Taranath Tantrik deserves a special mention. This classic character was created by none other than the eminent author Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay. This fact itself is an ‘audience-puller’.

Suspense element

Suspense generates curiosity and this supernatural drama has its own share of suspense element which gives the viewers the "on-edge" feeling. No matter what, suspense in any story keeps the viewers hooked into it.

Freshness

There is freshness in the story. It is not that typical saas-bahu saga where one will get to see only decorated four walls, heavy saree and jewellery worn by the actors and the regular jhamelas. Apart from shooting in some of the ancient buildings of Kolkata, some of the scenes are also being shot in greenery which is a treat to the eyes.

Other important actors

Apart from Tota, the other powerful actors to essay key roles here include Subhasish Mukhopadhyay, Poulomi Basu, Jojo and Rupa Bhattacharya. Their presence adds weight to the show.
