Jhalak to go weekly this season?

Contestants have been locked, judges have been chosen, promos are up, and the host is all set to rock it...but what about the launch date?

Well, we are talking about Colors’ upcoming celebrity dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 9.

With a great line up of contestants and ‘hot hai’ theme, viewers can't wait to tune into the show.

Now, talking about the launch date, Tellychakkar.com has got to know that the show will begin from 30 July (Saturday).

We have also heard that apparently this year, Jhalak is going to air for around six months. And it would telecast once a week on Saturday, mostly at 10 pm.

So what happens to Comedy Nights Bachao?

Well, it's still not clear if the makers are moving Bachao to a different timeslot or shutting down Comedy Nights Live and replacing it with Bachao.

We have information that the shoot for Jhalak will continue till October. But as for on air, makers would telecast it for around six months.

We tried contacting the production house and the channel spokesperson, but couldn't any comments from their end.

All we can do is wait and watch!
