Colors Bangla's Meera to go off air

Sad news for all the loyal viewers of Colors Bangla's Meera (Grassroot Entertainment)!  We hear the daily is all set to bid adieu to the audience. The makers are planning to complete the shooting by end of this month and the last telecast date of the show is 15 October.  The last track will include Subhankar (Rehaan Roy) getting his memory back and coming back to Meera’s (Jasmine Roy) life.  When we contacted Rehaan he confirmed the news. Talking about the reason of the end of the show, he quipped, “If a story starts, it has to end…so we are ending the story of Meera on a good note.”  Aren't you feeling bad about it? “When a show ends, it feels bad of course…but an end is a beginning of something better and I’m sure something better is coming on its way and I’m looking forward to it,” answered Rehaan.   We also dropped messages to Jeet (producer) and Sushanta Das (director) but did not receive any revert till the time of filing the article.
