Star Jalsha’s upcoming big budget daily ‘Agnijal’ has created quite a buzz in the Bengali TV industry.
Although the channel is tight-lipped about the upcoming drama, it is said that it will be an imitation of the hugely popular fantasy drama ‘Game of Thrones’.
Well, time will tell whether Agnijal is the Game of Thrones of Bengali TV or not.
Meanwhile, we hear that actor Pratyush Banerjee has bagged a role in the upcoming daily.
As per sources, the actor will be seen in a negative role.
When Tellychakkar.com buzzed Pratyush, he confirmed the development.
Talking about his role in the coming soap, he said, “I am yet to know my character details. Possibly, it is a negative shaded character.”
Produced by Shree Venkatesh Films, Agnijal will start airing soon.
Pratyush has earlier played the role of Lord Surya in Ma Durga and of Shyamal Mitra in Mahanayak.
