Omkara’s emotional breakdown in Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz

Star Plus’ popular show Ishqbaaaz (4 Lions Films) is indeed going the intriguing way!! The death of Gayathri (Geeta Guha) has opened up a new chapter in the lives of the Oberois. And the man reeling under pressure now happens to be Omkara (Kunal Jaisingh). As per the ongoing plot, ACP Ranveer (Ayush Anand) has been harassing Omkara time and again. And the reason for harassment is not the death of Gayathri, but the death of a girl two years back!! Yes, the past haunting Priyanka (Subha Rajput) and Omkara is of the death of a girl, whose identity is yet not known. Also, the episodes that have aired have been suggestive of the truthful Omkara being so guilt-stricken that he has taken to drugs. Now, Omkaara’s guilt will get deeper with yet another revelation. As per sources, “The ACP will be at his game yet again. He will send a photograph of a boy to Omkara and then call him to say that the boy happens to be the kid of the girl who he killed.” This will make Omkaara shudder in fear and guilt. We hear that there will be a huge dramatic sequence wherein Omkara will pass off in his room, after injecting himself with the drug injection. Our sources confide, “The entire family will get to know of Om’s bewildered state. And to Om’s rescue will come Ridhima (Shireena Sambyal) who will make her return, post the duo’s breakup.” She will immediately treat Om, and get him back breathing. Once Om will be back to his consciousness, he will hug Ridhima and weep. Yet again, Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and the family will get confused about the exact reason for Omkara’s depression. Seeing Omkara happy with Ridhima, they will presume that Om was in depression after breaking up with Ridhima. Will Shivaay get to know of Omkara’s real problem?
