Rakesh Bedi and Ashnoor Kaur in Shashi Sumeet's next for Star Plus

Shashi Sumeet Productions is on a high! With its upcoming shows Aji Sunte Ho for Zee TV and Diya Aur Baati Hum season 2 for Star Plus all set to roll, the makers are gearing up to launch a sitcom for Star Plus. Tellychakkar.com has been constantly reporting about the Indian adaptation of American sitcom The Last Man Standing, that is being helmed by the duo. Yesterday, we reported about talented actor Vinay Pathak being roped in to play the lead in the drama. It will highlight the life of a senior executive and his funny encounters with his wife and three daughters. Now, we have been informed that popular child artist Ashnoor Kaur who was last seen in Yeh Rishta... and Rakesh Bedi who is currently part of SAB TV's YARO have also joined the talented cast. As per sources, Ashnoor will play the role of Vinay's youngest daughter while Rakesh will be seen as his boss. Other actors who are part of the series are Ekta Pabari, Barkha Singh, Zaan Khan and Smita Bansal. Ashnoor and Rakesh both remained unavailable for a comment.
