Once popular as an adorable pair of tinsel town, Dalljiet Kaur and Shaleen Bhanot have now parted their ways.
The two met on the sets of Kulvadhu, found romance in each other soon. The actors got married after dating for sometime with much fanfare. Together they also won couple dance reality show Nach Baliye 4.
But their dreamy world hit a rock when issues started cropping up. Owing to cases of domestic violence and incompatibility, the couple ended their five years of relationship last year.
The world would assume that Dalljiet and Shaleen might have angst against each other but gladly the two have let go of the past and are looking forward to a brighter future ahead.
The actress who is currently part of Kaala Teeka, is happily raising her kid Jaydon single handedly. Shaleen, on his part released his single recently and was last seen in Karn. The duo although have been living separately for a while will get legally divorced in a couple of months.
On the occasion of their 'last' official anniversary today (9 December), Dalljiet has shared a warm post on Instagram wishing the best for him.
When Tellychakkar.com got in touch with Dalljiet, she told us, "Its our last wedding anniversary as a couple before being declared divorced legally in February. I want to wish Shaleen a very happy life and I want to see him successful. May he achieve everything he has desired and may he get peace in life."
"Today, I am only recalling the good days we spent together and all the love that was there. I want to thank Shaleen for giving me permanent custody of our Jaydon without any hassle. He is the only one I want in my life. A happy last anniversary to both of us," added the actress.
